By using the Services or submitting personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
3.1 Service Providers
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including providers of:
- Website and application hosting;
- Video storage, transfer, processing, and delivery;
- Cloud databases and file storage;
- Email and communications services;
- Analytics and security services; and
- Technical and administrative support.
These providers are permitted to use personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to SprintRX, subject to contractual, confidentiality, or other use-limiting obligations.
3.2 Payment Providers
Payment transactions may be processed through Venmo or another identified payment provider. Information disclosed to a payment provider is governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms of service.
3.3 Legal, Safety, and Protective Disclosures
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- Respond to a lawful request from a governmental or regulatory authority;
- Protect the rights, safety, or property of SprintRX, our customers, athletes, or others;
- Investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful conduct; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3.4 Business Transfers
If SprintRX is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
4. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for use by parents, legal guardians, coaches, and other authorized adults. They are not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information or upload footage directly to SprintRX.
Information concerning an athlete who is under the age of majority must be submitted by, or with the authorization of, a parent, legal guardian, coach, or other adult who is legally authorized to provide that information and footage.
SprintRX does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information directly to SprintRX may contact us at privacy@sprint-rx.com.
5. Authority to Submit Athlete Information
By submitting information, video footage, images, or other materials concerning an athlete, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, or you otherwise have lawful authority and all necessary permissions to make the submission;
- You have the right to provide the submitted footage and information to SprintRX;
- SprintRX’s processing of the submission for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, contractual, intellectual-property, or other rights; and
- Any notices, permissions, or consents required from the athlete, a parent or guardian, a team, a league, a school, a venue, or another person have been obtained.
6. Video and Athlete Footage
Submitted video footage and information derived from it are used primarily to provide the requested analysis and report.
Access to submitted footage is limited to SprintRX personnel, contractors, and service providers who require access to perform the Services, maintain the supporting systems, or comply with legal obligations.
SprintRX will not publicly publish identifiable athlete footage for advertising, promotional, demonstration, or marketing purposes without documented permission from an authorized adult.
Publicly displayed or marketing-related materials will either:
- Be anonymized or edited so that the athlete is not reasonably identifiable; or
- Be used pursuant to documented authorization permitting the specified use.
Anonymization may include cropping, blurring, removal of names or identifying details, or use of isolated movement data. We do not represent that every form of anonymization eliminates all possible risk of identification.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information, athlete information, uploaded footage, derived images, reports, communications, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and support the Services;
- Maintain business and financial records;
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
- Resolve disputes;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Enforce our agreements; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs.
You may request deletion as described below. We may retain information when continued retention is required or permitted by law, necessary to complete a transaction, needed to protect legal rights, maintained in securely isolated backup systems, or otherwise exempt from deletion.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Nevertheless, no transmission method, storage system, network, or security measure is completely secure. SprintRX cannot guarantee the absolute security of information submitted to or maintained through the Services.
You are responsible for using reasonable care when transmitting sensitive information and for protecting any devices, accounts, passwords, or links used to access reports or communications.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and appropriate verification of your identity and authority, you may request that we:
- Provide access to personal information we maintain about you or an athlete for whom you are authorized to act;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete personal information;
- Restrict or cease certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or
- Stop sending non-essential promotional or marketing communications.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal. It may also prevent us from completing or continuing a requested service when the information is necessary to provide that service.
To submit a request, contact privacy@sprint-rx.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, your relationship to the athlete, and your authority to make the request.
We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when compliance would adversely affect another person’s rights, interfere with legal obligations, compromise security, or require deletion of information we are legally entitled or required to retain.
You may opt out of non-essential communications by using any unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting us. You may continue to receive transactional, service-related, legal, or security communications.
10. Cookies and Analytics
The Services may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, security, session management, user preferences, and basic analytics.
Analytics information may be used to understand aggregate usage, diagnose technical issues, improve performance, and evaluate how visitors interact with the Services.
You may be able to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may cause portions of the Services to function improperly or become unavailable.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or rely upon websites, applications, payment services, or platforms operated by third parties.
SprintRX does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or business practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You should review those policies before providing information to a third party.
12. International Processing
SprintRX and its service providers may process or store information in the United States or other jurisdictions. Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you reside.
Where required by applicable law, SprintRX will use appropriate safeguards for the transfer and processing of personal information.
13. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or similar signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard governing how such signals must be interpreted, the Services may not respond to them consistently.
You may manage cookies and certain tracking technologies through your browser or device settings.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, practices, technologies, legal obligations, or other circumstances.
When we make changes, we will post the revised Privacy Policy and update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means when required by law.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
